Lost or Damaged Shipments
We take care in packaging your order, but once it has been handed to the carrier, it is in their control.
If your package arrives damaged, please:
Note the damage with the carrier at the time of delivery, where possible
Take clear photos of the package and its contents
Contact us as soon as possible with details of the issue
If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to us and we will assist in initiating a trace with the carrier.
We will work with you to find a reasonable resolution once the situation has been reviewed.
Returns & Exchanges
Order Errors (Our Responsibility)
If you receive an incorrect or incomplete order, please contact us within 15 days of delivery.
We will cover return shipping costs
We will correct the issue as quickly as possible
General Returns (Customer Responsibility)
If you wish to return an item for any other reason:
You must notify us in advance
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Items must be returned in unused, unopened, and resellable condition
Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued.
